Are you really going to stick with that resolution?
Only 9% of Americans stick with a New Years resolution. Experts say, if you be very specific, you have a much better chance of staying with it. So instead of just saying “I’m going to start going to the gym”..say ‘I'm going to go Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 5 o'clock right after work. Of course every day isn't going to be perfect, and you may need to look for the next fresh start if you stumble and you need to get up again, and that's totally normal and totally acceptable. The key is not giving up.
