A Daily Glass Of Wine Or Pint Of Beer Could Boost Brain Power

A new study shows that middle-aged and elderly people can improve their brain power and stave off dementiawith a daily glass of wine or pint of beer. Researchers say eight drinks a week for women and fifteen for men can help everything from vocabulary, word recall and overall better mental health. It may be bad news for the tee-totalers, but encouraging for the older folks who enjoy a daily ‘nip’!
