8-minute HIIT Workout!

If you know me, you know I like my High Intensity Interval Training.

Okay, maybe I don't "like" doing it, but it's super effective, which means you can spend LESS time working out with MORE results! Sounds like a win to me.

I found this amazing HIIT workout that lasts only 8 minutes. Plus, you can do it at home. ANYONE can take 8 minutes to workout! You could do this while you're waiting for your pasta water to boil.
