On today's Health and Fitness Happy Hour, I decided to talk about working out. How many of us struggle to find the time? It can be extremely difficult to get to the gym when we have so many other things going on, which is why I wanted to share with you a ten-minute workout you can do in your office! Ten minutes from your lunch break is all you need, and ten minutes is FAR better than 0 minutes, so squeeze it in on those busy days!
