The iHeartMedia Internship Program is currently seeking motivated college students who enjoy working in a fast paced environment. Our internship program is an excellent opportunity for students to gain invaluable experience within all aspects of radio.

College Internship Description:

The iHeartMedia Internship Program (unpaid – for college credit only) has been designed to provide qualified college and university undergraduate students with in-depth exposure to the radio broadcasting and digital operations at our stations.  The internship offers the opportunity to explore career interests, network with professionals, develop an understanding of the broadcasting industry and have some fun while learning.  Interns may choose to rotate through departments including Programming, News & Community Affairs, Production, Media Integration, Online/Web Development, Digital Video, Digital Design and Sales departments or to focus on a particular department (subject to operational capabilities).  This internship is not paid and is for college credit only.  Completion of the program does not entitle you to or guarantee employment with the company.

Eligibility:

Applicants must be:

  •  At least 18 years old
  • Enrolled full time in an accredited college or university
  • Able to provide a letter from that college or university stating that the student will be granted credit for the internship
